I lived in South Bend, IN for 10 years starting in the mid 90s and then moved to Chicago in 2006. Fortunately I was able to learn all of Chicago and suburbs almost overnight, as my job entailed supervising and auditing financial advisors in approximately 200 branches all around the Chicagoland area. So for the first decade of the new millennium, I have been in the financial planning and investment advisory world, both as an advisor and also in a supervisory/compliance role. So I have always been providing advice and guidance to clients and advisors. My focus is to provide clients with advice on their real estate needs. As with the investment world, the advice I provide must be based on your goals and needs, because ultimately you make the decision, I just help along the way. My business experience, negotiation skills, problem solving ability, attention to details and "never give up" attitude will certainly help you make the best decision. I am a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR), Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors (SWMRIC) and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). As a Realtor and Broker, I attend continuing education classes throughout the year to keep current on the latest events taking place in Real Estate. I believe in maintaining a balance in life. I am involved with my alumni association's network and throughout the year I volunteer for various causes.
