I started selling Real Estate in 1990 and my market was Queens, NY and some of Long Island. In July 1994, I moved to Teaneck, NJ and worked from Russo Real Estate until December of 1994. In January of 1995 I started working out of Prudential Prestige (located on route 17 in Paramus, NJ). The first year that I was awarded the Gold level from the New Jersey Association of Realtors (over $15 million in closed sales) was 1997. In 1998, I moved to RE/MAX (best business move ever). It allowed me complete freedom when it comes to commission structure and aggressive marketing campaign. I kept closing on over $15 million in sales throughout 2003. Throughout the years 2004 and 2006, I was awarded the Platinum level from the New Jersey Association of Realtors (over $25million in closed sales). Throughout the year 2009, I closed on over $17 Million, in spite of the housing crisis and the global economy.
