My name is Tom Bosso; I have lived in Hunter's Green for the past 17 years, with my wife Maryann and our 2 daughters Christina and Marisa.My vast knowledge in the Real Estate Industry began as an Electrical/General contractor in Western NY prior to moving to Florida in 1993. After completing all of the required courses and State exams, I became licensed as a State of Florida Registered Appraiser in 1994, performing over 500 residential appraisals, during that period I also became Licensed Real Estate Broker in 1995 creating New Tampa Realty Inc. Along with general real estate sales I teamed up with Brant Construction Management, acquiring the land, procuring all necessary permits, site work, completing the vertical construction and sales of 77 Town Home Units in the Oak crest neighborhood in Hunter's Green, 40 Villas in the Club View neighborhood in Pebble Creek and 30 Townhomes in the Lake Point neighborhood in Pebble Creek.
