About:
In 1986, after having visited on vacation in 1984, we moved our family from Texas to Colorado Springs to give our 4 kids the very best environment to grow up in. I had a keen interest in the real estate market and it became a hobbie, until I obtained my real estate license in 1990, after a succession of bad real estate transactions propelled me into the business for my own protection. Even though Colorado Springs was in a real estate depression and officially had earned the title "Repo Capital of the United States", i felt that since there were so many bad real estate agents not meeting the needs of the public, there had to be room for one that did. With a mind-set of client service instead of a high pressure, "super-salesperson", my hard work and dedication was soon rewarded with success,e, even though I entered the business part-time. Circumstances soon changed, and I ended up being the sole support of my family for many years. I am still just as fascinated with and enthusiastic about the business. I love helping families solve their real estate issues, and feel that the gold rule makes good business sense-put the clients needs first, and mine will be met, also.
