Abstract:
A composition has hyaluronic acid and one or more materials as an admixture. The hyaluronic acid is derived from a fascia tissue layer of an alligator, the fascia layer located below a hide and above muscle tissue. The one or more materials as the admixture to the hyaluronic acid can be a carrier, diluent or excipient. The hyaluronic acid is extracted from the fascia tissue layer in the form of an oil having an oily viscosity with a molecular weight of 30,000 or greater. The oil extracted includes the hyaluronic acid and includes sodium or salts of hyaluronic acid. The oil extracted is anti-inflammatory to human tissue.

Viable Disc Regenerative Composition And Method Of Manufacture And Use

US Patent:
20210029987, Feb 4, 2021
Filed:
Oct 15, 2020
Appl. No.:
17/071599
Inventors:
- Atlanta GA, US
Timothy Ganey - Tampa FL, US
Stephanie Gonzalez - Miami FL, US
Tracy Scott Anderson - Atlanta GA, US
Shabnam Namin - Miami FL, US
International Classification:
A01N 1/02
A61L 27/36
A61L 27/38
Abstract:
A viable disc regenerative composition has a micronized material of nucleus pulposus and a biological composition made from a mixture of mechanically selected allogeneic biologic material derived from bone marrow having non-whole cellular components including vesicular components and active and inactive components of biological activity, cell fragments, cellular excretions, cellular derivatives, and extracellular components; and wherein the mixture is compatible with biologic function and further includes non-expanded whole cells. The biological composition is predisposed to demonstrate or support elaboration of active volume or spatial geometry consistent in morphology with that of disc tissue. The viable disc regenerative composition extends regenerative resonance that compliments or mimics disc tissue complexity.

Malleable Demineralized Bone Composition And Method Of Manufacture

US Patent:
20210023271, Jan 28, 2021
Filed:
Oct 15, 2020
Appl. No.:
17/071660
Inventors:
- Atlanta GA, US
Shabnam Namin - Miami FL, US
Timothy Ganey - Tampa FL, US
International Classification:
A61L 27/36
A61F 2/02
A61L 27/22
A61L 27/54
A61L 2/08
Abstract:
A malleable demineralized bone composition consists of cortical bone made from a first portion and a second portion. The first portion and second portion of cortical bone is made from cut pieces freeze dried then ground into particles and demineralized then freeze-dried. A volume of the second portion is placed in a solution of sterile water to create a mixture, the water volume being seven times the volume of the second portion, the mixture is autoclaved under heat and pressure to form a gelatin, and the first portion is mixed with the gelatin to form a malleable putty or paste.

Mixing Container And Method Of Use

View page
US Patent:
20210008511, Jan 14, 2021
Filed:
Jul 9, 2019
Appl. No.:
16/506574
Inventors:
- Atlanta GA, US
Shabnam Namin - Miami FL, US
International Classification:
B01F 7/16
B01F 7/00
Abstract:
A mixing container with an internal mixing blade has an extraction funnel, a main housing, a rotatable base cap, a mixing blade and a gear mechanism. The extraction funnel has a first end with a maximum diameter and narrowing to a second end of a minimum diameter at a neck portion. The main housing includes a mixing chamber. The rotatable base cap with an internal gear is attached to and is rotatable relative to the main housing. The mixing blade has a plurality of prongs extending from a shaft. The prongs are in the mixing chamber and the shaft extends through an opening in the main housing to inside the rotatable base cap. The gear mechanism has at least one gear, each of the at least one gears is connected to or intermeshed with the internal gear of the base cap and the gear of the shaft end.

Mixing Syringe And Method Of Use

View page
US Patent:
20200390485, Dec 17, 2020
Filed:
Jun 11, 2019
Appl. No.:
16/437389
Inventors:
- Atlanta GA, US
Shabnam Namin - Miami FL, US
William Blake Martin - Smyrna GA, US
Timothy Ganey - Tampa FL, US
International Classification:
A61B 17/88
A61F 2/46
Abstract:
A syringe mixing device has a cylindrical syringe housing, an end cap, a nozzle cap, a removable stir rod mixer assembly, a large mouth funnel, and optional locking clip. The cylindrical syringe housing has an internal chamber for holding material, a distal end and a proximal end. Adjacent the proximal end is a pair of finger grips. The end cap has a proximal end for attaching to the distal end of the syringe housing. The end cap has a nozzle configured to pass material ejected from the syringe housing. The nozzle cap is for sealing the nozzle. The large mouth funnel is configured to fasten at a throat end to the distal end of the cylindrical syringe housing. The funnel has a slope shaped chamber configured to receive and pass material for mixing into the internal chamber of the syringe housing. The syringe mixing device further has a removable plunger.

Exosome Composition And Method Of Manufacture

View page
US Patent:
20200230174, Jul 23, 2020
Filed:
Dec 11, 2019
Appl. No.:
16/710472
Inventors:
- Atlanta GA, US
Shabnam Namin - Miami FL, US
Timothy Ganey - Tampa FL, US
Renaud Sicard - Miami FL, US
International Classification:
A61K 35/28
A61K 35/32
A61K 9/19
A01N 1/02
Abstract:
Compositions of exosomes are provided that include a plurality of exosomes and a biocompatible cryoprotectant, such that the exosomes are suspended in the biocompatible cryoprotectant as a colloidal suspension of exosomes. Preferably, the cryoprotectant is a carboxylated E-poly-1-lysine (COOH-PLL) cryoprotectant, but other moieties might be extended to the claim of hybridization polymers to incorporate preferred embodiments for lineage and tissue specific intentions. The colloidal suspension of exosomes can be frozen at −65 degrees C. or colder and thereafter stored as a frozen composition of exosomes or can be freeze-dried and thereafter stored at ambient conditions in a vacuum sealed container. Also provided are kits comprising the composition of exosomes and methods of making the compositions of exosomes.
