It is rewarding to see things work out so that families can move on, move up, or just move in! The most memorable transaction I had was when I helped a single mother of three buy her first home. Now this home was not expensive, or big, but it was hers and her children had a clean, safe and warm place to grow up in. We still keep in touch today.
