Simulation and optimization of an IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combinated Cycle) plant, particularly of AGC (Acid gas removal) with ProMax, Aspen+ and EES software*. * All of them are process simulation softwares which use different maths and thermodynamic methods in order to solve the equations when specification data are defined. Design of experiments in order to determinate Kinetic modeling of some different biomass through gasification using TGA (Thermobalance) and fluidized bed, once designed the experiments I made the proves in laboratory and pilot scale. The odd of these experiments is the feed raw was compounded by carbon dioxide and water steam which showed very interesting results. Maintenance of auxiliary equipments like isolation, thermocouples, refrigeration devices, etc. Material and Energy balances. Process improvement with six sigma method. Inspection and verification of aircraft tolls with *Catia V5. * 3D design software. Procedure development process for sealed of aircrafts, using Pack Office.
