US Patent:
20210072787, Mar 11, 2021
Filed:
Sep 6, 2019
Appl. No.:
16/562757
Inventors:
- Philadelphia PA, US
Sean McGinnis - Philadelphia PA, US
Michael Jou - Philadelphia PA, US
International Classification:
G06F 1/16
H05K 7/20
H05K 5/02
Abstract:
A housing may comprise a first surface comprising one or more ventilation openings and a second surface comprising one or more ventilation openings. The one or more ventilation openings of the first surface may be located in a recessed groove of the first surface. The second surface may be substantially perpendicular to the first surface. The housing may enable air to flow through the one or more ventilation openings of the first surface and the one or more ventilation openings of the second surface to direct heat away from the one or more internal components of the housing. The arrangement of the one or more ventilation openings may enable one or more housings to be stacked on top of each other without impeding air flow through the one or more ventilation openings of the first surface and/or the one or more ventilation openings of the second surface.

US Patent:
20160261903, Sep 8, 2016
Filed:
Mar 4, 2015
Appl. No.:
14/638944
Inventors:

Abstract:
A remote control that receives state information from an associated media device is disclosed. The remote control, in response to receiving data indicating that the media device is in a content state, may update an input assembly to indicate that the assembly may be used to perform a movement function. The remote control may instruct the media device to perform a movement function in response to a selection gesture, where the degree of movement is a single unit. In response to a swipe gesture, the remote control may instruct the media device to perform a linear movement with a greater degree of movement. Buttons and functions of the remote control may be further adapted in response to a menu-based state, or other states of the media device.
