I work as a team at Sawicki Real Estate with my husband, Peter Vincent. Peter has been a Realtor in this area for almost 25 years and before that worked as an energy conservation consultant and residential contractor. He is known for his experience in understanding the market and in actively negotiating real estate transactions to represent his clients' best interests. He holds a G.R.I. (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation that indicates a real estate professional who has secured advanced education in real estate to better serve and protect clients. Peter is a graduate of Hampshire College. Merle has received the National Association of Realtors e-PRO certification to use the most current computer and Internet tools to help buyers find homes and give sellers' properties maximum exposure to potential buyers. She also is a Senior Real Estate Specialist, working with clients who are selling their long term homes and either downsizing or making other life transitions. Merle retired recently from Hampshire College where she served on the faculty and sometimes as dean for over 38 years. Through knowledge of the academic world in the Pioneer Valley she is tied into many local populations who are first time buyers or who are expanding or paring down their residential needs. We keep clients up-to-date on the marketing of their homes and their searches for new property.
