I'm a full-time independent real estate broker in San Diego with over 25 years of experience. And a former member of The Appraisal Institute, earning as Senior Residential Appraiser designation. I put the appraisal training to good use when working with Buyers and Sellers. Over the course of my career I has worked for most of the major real estate firms including Re/Max and Coldwell Banker. I enjoy being an independent broker. I'm able to offer a wide range of services at very competitive rates. A little personal info: I'm married to Ted. We have 2 grown children plus one spoiled black lab. I grew up on Long Island, went to SUNY at Stony Brook. I've lived in Dallas, Phoenix and the Bay Area before moving to San Diego. San Diego was always my favorite vacation spot even when we lived in Phoenix. I enjoy the beach, sailing on the bay, new technology, baseball and taking pictures of beautiful San Diego.

I'm a full time Real Estate Broker working in San Diego. I specialize in the area from Rancho Bernardo to La Jolla. I enjoy working with both Buyers and Sellers. I also enjoy working with Buyers and Seller over 55+. Rancho Bernardo has a large 55+ retirement community, I refer to it as an Active Adult community. With perfect weather and lot to do San Diego is the perfect place to live. San Diego is a wonderful place to live. I'm originally from New York and have lived in Dallas, Phoenix and the Bay Area but I LOVE living in San Diego! With this much great weather there is ALWAYS so much to do here. Some of my favorite activities to do in San Diego include going to the beach, hiking, strolling in the Gas Lamp District and dining out in one of the many renowned restaurants.
