Abstract:
A collapsible seating apparatus is provided for use on a bed of a vehicle, wherein the vehicle bed includes a vehicle bed length and a vehicle bed width. The collapsible seating apparatus includes a container which includes a container length which is substantially less than the vehicle bed length and which includes a container width which is less than the vehicle bed width. A collapsible seat assembly is retained in the container in a nondeployed condition in a storage mode, and the collapsible seat assembly is transformed into a deployed condition for use by persons who sit on the deployed collapsible seating apparatus. The deployed collapsible seat assembly fits upon the vehicle bed. When the collapsible seating apparatus of the invention is deployed in a pickup truck bed, persons can sit in the deployed collapsible seat assembly and view outdoor events from the pickup truck by looking out the back of the pickup truck.

Abstract:
A vehicle bed liner apparatus includes a peripherally sealed flexible top wall and flexible bottom wall for containing a quantity of ballast liquid, e.g. water. Compartment boundary means are located at plural internal non-peripheral regions between the flexible top wall and the flexible bottom wall. The compartment boundary means are in contact with the flexible top wall and the flexible bottom wall. The compartment boundary means define internal compartment boundaries. The plural non-peripheral compartment boundaries and plural internal non-peripheral regions between the flexible top wall and the flexible bottom wall that are not in contact with the compartment boundaries define plural ballast compartments internal to the wall means. The ballast compartments are in communication with each other. A combination fill and drain valve in the flexible top wall is provided for filling the ballast compartments with a water and for emptying the water from the ballast compartments.

Abstract:
A portable mobile stand apparatus is provided for an electronic display unit, such as a flat screen television, and includes a base unit and a riser unit connected thereto. A support bracket assembly is interconnected between the electronic display unit and the riser unit. Preferably, the base unit and the riser unit include a sports theme, such as football. More preferably, the riser unit simulates football goal posts having a horizontal cross-bar and a pair of spaced uprights, which together provide an attractive eye-catching visual frame for the flat screen television display unit. The riser unit further includes adjustable portions such that the riser unit may be fitted to a display unit of selected size.
