I have helped hundreds of people just like you to accomplish their dream. I was born and raised in west Texas. I specialize in residential,commercial, land and farm properties.I have been a real estate agent since 1995. I became a broker March 2012. I became certified as a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist June 2012. Through this progam help is available for down payment assisstance and tax credit to first time buyers, Hero's such as EMS, Police, teachers, teacher's aides,security guards,etc, Veteran's and low income. I moved to the Denver City area in 2007. While in the Dallas area I worked for Keller Williams Realty and specialized in new home construction with people down sizing or moving up having their house sold in time of the new construction was complete. I partnered with Dr Horton and MHI McGuyer Homebuilder Inc. to name a few. I also was a weekly contributor to the "Hot On Homes" show that viewed every Sunday on channel 8. I was Richardson Market Center Top Individual Producer 2002 producing over 100 real estate transactions over a two year period. I recruited a team of six top producing realtors into the market center and was responsible for training junior realtors. I have 17 years of experience in the residential, commercial and Land sales. I have two small children and reside in Denver City, Texas.
