Lisa Kulak has been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New York since 2007. She became licensed after working as an assistant for Michele Silverman Bedell for two years. After attending Hofstra University, and prior to her career in real estate, she worked in the home health care field, heading a NYC based firm. As a true "people person", she prides herself in her ability to communicate effectively with her customers and is know for her "soft sell" approach. Lisa volunteers part time as an Emergency Medical Technician for the village of Scarsdale where she has sat on the Board of Directors and headed the Membership committee of the Scarsdale Volunteer Ambulance Corps. She currently resides in New Rochelle with her husband and two children who attend high school at The Solomon Schechter School of Westchester in Hartsdale. She is a member of both Beth El Synagogue Center in New Rochelle and Young Israel of New Rochelle.
