Abstract:
An exercise training device includes a sled portion extending along a first plane that is substantially parallel to a surface upon which the exercise training device is supported. The sled portion includes a first side that is in contact with the surface. A support structure, attached to the sled portion, includes a support surface that extends along a second plane that is substantially parallel to the first plane. The support surface supports an exercise weight. A handle portion is attached to one of the sled portion or the support structure, the handle portion allows a user to grip the exercise training device and move the exercise training device along the surface.

An exercise training device includes a first bag portion defining a planar front surface and a rear surface. The exercise training device includes a second bag portion attached to the front surface of the first bag portion. The second bag portion has a semi-spherical shape that projects outwardly from the front surface of the first bag portion. The exercise training device includes a user handle that allows a user to hold the exercise training device. The user handle is disposed at the rear surface of the first bag portion.

Abstract:
An exercise training device includes a housing portion extending between a first end and a second end. The housing portion defines an internal bore. A biasing device is disposed within the internal bore. A first gripping portion is received within the internal bore through the first end of the housing portion. The first gripping portion is attached to a first biasing end of the biasing device. The first gripping portion is gripped by a user. A second gripping portion is received within the internal bore through the second end of the housing portion. The second gripping portion is attached to a second biasing end of the biasing device. The second gripping portion is gripped by the user. In response to a pressure applied, the biasing device and the housing portion are movable from an unflexed position to a flexed position.

Abstract:
An exercise training device includes a first support portion defining a first side that supports a user and having a first coefficient of friction. The first support portion includes a second side located opposite the first side. The exercise training device includes a second support portion defining a third side that is attached to the second side of the first support portion, and a fourth side, located opposite the third side, that is in contact with the surface upon which the exercise training device is supported. The fourth side has a second coefficient of friction that is less than the first coefficient of friction. In response to a force applied by the user to the first side along a direction that is parallel to the first plane, the fourth side is moves with respect to the surface.
