Specialization Aside from my dozens of single-family clients, I specialize in foreclosures, income properties and hobby farms, including horse properties. I belong to several horse clubs and associations. I work with a knowledgeable team of professionals to assist in 1031 exchange properties, new construction developments, raw land, investing from a self-directed retirement plan and HUD foreclosures. I am a registered HUD broker and have developed long-lasting relationships with area realtors and developers. I keep an active list of all area foreclosure properties, which is updated daily. My background as a program officer for the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund and Minnesota Housing Finance Agency gives me an extra insight on financing opportunities and programs available for all buyers.
