I am an artist and work primarily with recycled materials, using them to create "upcycled" items. I use paper from the recycle bin (junk mail is a favorite) to create beads, which I then use in my own jewelry designs. I am currently learning mixed media techniques so that I may create an even wider variety of pieces. I am an avid birder and go bird watching whenever I have the chance. I love being out in nature and draw inspiration from it for my artwork.
