About:
I was born on Capital Hill in Washington, D.C. into a family of contractors and grew up around construction in the D.C./Maryland metropolitan area. My grandfather and mother — among other projects — ran the construction crew for The World Bank. I grew up knowing home construction and lived in several houses that I witnessed being built from the ground up. Ultimately, I helped run the family construction business. Thereafter, I went on to earn a B.A. in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and attended The American Conservatory Theatre Drama School in San Francisco, where I sold residential real estate in the challenging Bay Area market of the mid-1980′s. From San Francisco to New York to Los Angeles, I have worked in design and production on several national publications including Martha Stewart, Architectural Digest and Good Housekeeping. From my experience at these publications as well as several international advertising firms, I have developed a solid understanding of creative design and marketing. I’ve also worked in the field of Information Technology and am well versed in New Media, especially as it relates to marketing your home or helping you find a new residence. Other jobs include: Actor (appearing on Law and Order: SVU), Theatre Director, Film Director and Writer. My award-winning short film, A Lesson in Biology, appeared in festivals throughout the world. And my webseries, Queen Vicky, can be seen at www.QueenVicky.com. Most recently I appeared as myself on Bravo’s new “Realty Reality” show Bidding Wars, where I represented buyers competing to purchase a breathtaking Gregory Ain mid-century home in Tarzana, California. Although I started my real estate career in San Francisco, I took a long hiatus to pursue other interests in New York and elsewhere, and reinstated my broker’s license upon returning to California. In 2006, I was named “Rookie of the Year” for Keller Williams Realty Hollywood Hills. As well, I have served as President of the West Hollywood Chapter of BNI: Business Network International. I welcome the opportunity to use my unique skill set in selling your current home or helping you find your dream home. Please fill in your contact information here. For Sellers, I’d be happy to preview your current home and provide a Broker’s Price Opinion (BPO). For Buyers, I’d love to schedule a consultation and set you up with your own private search portal on the MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE, which will give you access to the most up-to-date information available about property currently for sale. I look forward to working with you. Cheers!
