I have been a part of the real estate world since I was a child. Both of my parents were Real Estate agents in California when I was in Elementary school and I just couldn't get enough of it. I loved everything from the Big MLS book with all of the pictures of the houses, right down to the funny shaped keys that went into the lock boxes. So, I guess you could say that I grew up in real estate. To this day I love to help Buyers find the perfect home. I love that look they get on their faces and the feeling that passes through them when they are finally home! It is the best part of the day for me when I am there and get to see that happen. Listing and Selling homes at the highest value for Sellers is another of my specialties. I love hearing about what the Sellers have done to turn this house into a home and why they are moving. It's tough if it's a distressed (short) sale, but we get through them together and I do everything I can to make the process as easy and stress-free as I can for these people. I enjoy putting Commercial Real Estate deals together, Listing and Selling Multi-Family, Condos, Vacation Property & Vacant Land.
