My goal for buyers is to exceed my clients expectations and be there when they need me by answering my phone and returning emails in a timely manner. If they want to view homes I will make the time and show as many homes as they need to see. When it's time to write an offer I will give my advice and I will write up the offer they choose to submit without any pressure. I strive to build relationships with all of my clients and to provide a level of service that will make them excited to refer me to their friends or family. For Sellers I will give athorough market analysis of their home and educate them in the current market conditions, I will not just list a home to have a sign out on the street, I will only list a home that I know will sell in the amount of time that my clients need it to be sold by.
