Update call-flow using Avaya Call Management System or Avaya Site Administrator. Record/Update IVR recordings. WAN/LAN Network configuration and troubleshooting experience; Experience with various monitoring tools such as WhatsUpGold, Solar Winds, Remote Environment monitoring; Experience assessing need for, building, installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting Desktop, Laptop, Server, and peripheral device hardware and software. Solid understanding of enterprise technology. Identifying and implementing appropriate technology solutions to increase efficiency.
