Thank You, Jennifer To whom it may concern, This is a testimonial as to the skill that realtor Jennifer Nelson demonstrated with the sale of our house this spring. Jennifer comes to real estate from a prior career in sales, and clearly has brought her talent for salesmanship with her. In addition to talent, however, she also demonstrated an impressive willingness to work extremely hard selling our house, and went the extra mile in a number of ways. She put weeks of planning, preparation, and work into our house before activating its listing. Consequently, we had a detailed agenda of simple improvements to work through to optimize our house’s marketability. Jennifer then got multiple bids from various contractors to perform much of this work at the lowest possible cost to us, even contributing some of her own elbow grease to the cleanup effort. Then, at no additional cost to us, she staged our house beautifully with her own furniture and hard work, and took photographs that could not have better maximized the appeal of our property. Clearly, one of her greatest talents is a sense of interior decorating aesthetics that can bring out the fullest potential of a room. She then timed the listing of our property for maximum impact, and brought through a series of other realtors right at the point of listing to draw as much early attention as possible. The proof of her talent comes from the results: we received a full-price offer with a no-outbid clause within 24 hours of listing, and a second full-price offer the next day, despite one of the worst real estate markets in recent history, and an asking price which was slightly above estimated comparison properties in the neighborhood. Not to rest on her laurels, Jennifer then demonstrated her work ethic again by going ahead with a planned open house later that week, just in case neither of the existing offers held up. This proved to be unnecessary, as Jennifer transacted the details of the initial offer seamlessly, resulting in a speedy, smooth, and extremely satisfactory closure. Obviously, we were extremely happy with Jennifer as our realtor, and would highly recommend her.
