Assist in pre-qualification & approval process to provide you additional leverage when negotiating for a purchase. Provide a free Rent vs. Buy financial analysis to assist you in making a sound investment decision. 4. Manage the details of the purchasing process, carefully explaining all written documents, helping negotiate your offer and providing a full documentation package. 5.
