Since I do not have my grandchildren near enough to enjoy
I love spending time with my parakeet and my three beloved dogs: Beaux (chocolate lab)
Lady (golden retriever)
Missy (Yorkie) and Kelly (my beautiful and talkative parakeet) ! They are my pride and joy. I start every morning and end every day with hugs and kisses to all of them. My 3 grandchildren are "grandma's angels" sent down from heaven and created by God. I am always telling them and will forever tell them how they are "grandma's angels". I love them so much and try to visit them at least once a month since they live over 2 hours away from me. Enjoy the quite time relaxing and/or reading while on my screen porch overlooking my backyard with my dogs at my side. And my favorite evening past time is sitting on the couch next to my husband; each of us with our laptops on our laps; watching TV and playing on our computer. That time is very special to the two of us. We have "dualing" laptops! ha!

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...it's about learning to dance in the rain! Let me introduce myself...I am Jean Begovich (My friends and family call me "Jeannie"). I grew up on a ranch in Kenner, Louisiana when Kenner was country. I was the daughter of a poor farmer/rancher; one of three girls. I have always loved the "country" feel, and that is why I live and love St. Tammany Parish. I am often described as a happy and always smiling person; someone who looks at everything through "rose colored glasses", and have always been accused of being an "Annie." I chose the slogan (by unknown author), "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass; it's about learning to dance in the rain", because that is exactly what I am doing...by reentering the real estate profession at a time when others are getting out de to the economy. Well, here I am; working full time as a Realtor and loving it! I get the greatest satisfaction of putting a smile on my client's face..especially my first time homebuyers; they are so thrilled to own their first home.
