About:
After working with, and for, many different real estate firms, it became apparent to Harout that there was a major disconnect between what consumers needed/wanted and the service that was being provided to them. It was upon this realization that Harout founded and opened JohnHart Real Estate; and as the CEO/Principle Broker he has continued to break from the norm and redefine real estate with an insatiable appetite to give his clients the service and attention they deserve. After receiving his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California, Harout went on to run MK Designs (a construction company), and during his tenure there discovered his passion for real estate. In addition to having run a construction company, he has also worked with and helped thousands of clients in the consumers’ rights market. Whether it is assisting with restructuring debt, disposing of toxic assets, building structures, or providing relief to homeowners with distressed properties, Harout has done it all; and he draws upon these experiences to find out of the box solutions to any issue that may present itself. As of 2011, Harout has been in the real estate industry for almost two decades, and is highly regarded among agents for providing preemptive real estate support in Spanish, Armenian, Arabic, and English. Having dealt with every type of real estate transaction, and having personally bought and sold over 120 different project properties, it would be an understatement to say that he is a veteran of this industry.
