Background and Community Dedication Gary and Nely Stittgenmet in Waukegan through mutual friends. They married in 1992 and have three sons, Gary Jr., Michael and Christopher. Immediately after college Gary purchased his first of two video stores and operated them for ten years. He perfected the execution of marketing plans and how to crunch numbers to build a profitable family oriented business. This success allowed Gary to purchase the strip mall where his main video store was located. That began a love affair with real estate leading Gary to obtain his Illinois Managing Broker real estate license.
