Philosophy:
My practice of allergy blends a number of philosophies and approaches. The most important being doing what is right for the child. I rarely see a child who has not had some sort of prior allergy evaluation. A good allergy work-up is very dependent upon the story or history of the problem(s): the value of an allergy test is dependent upon the story that supports it. I have a practical, an evidence-based, a contemporary, and a 'Choosing Wisely' approach to the care of the allergic child.
