About:
I have been fortunate to work in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. As the Principal Real Estate Broker at AER Group I have represented both residential and commercial clients with unique properties and with unique requirements. Understanding market trends and boundaries are key factors in pricing and marketing. Practicing as a Certified Appraiser in the State of Indiana for the past 20 years has given me the tools and analysis skills to understand and establish the appropriate property listing price and corresponding marketing time. Continuing education is completed every 12 months in order to maintain my professional licenses, and my memberships include the National Association of REALTORS, the Indiana Association of REALTORS, and the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors. I hold positions as past President of the Multiple Listing Service, and past Director Positions on both the MLS and the Board of REALTORS.
