Thorough training of procedures for trouble shooting machine alarms and patient distress signs; Knowledge of clinical practice regarding HIPPA and Notice of Privacy; Thorough understanding of disinfection and aseptic technique; Set up, program treatment, monitor and break down of Dialysis Machines; proper site disinfection, cannulation and administration of dialysis prescription for patients and rinse back of blood after treatment; monitor and chart flow sheet or Snappy Chairside flow sheet of patient vitals and condition pretreatment, during treatment and post treatment: experience with both single use and reuse dialyzer; disinfection of machines, tanks, and equipment; basic understanding of RO sampling and monitoring of RO system; basic knowledge of blood sampling and lab draws; basic knowledge of cannulation for AVG, AVF and buttonhole sites
