About:
First let me say: To my Sellers: I will find your house a good home To my Buyers: I not only want to find your Dream Home, but a home you can afford to live in. I have spent my entire career consulting with people wishing to buy or sell homes. But my philosophy is that we don't sell to our clients, they BUY from us You can't sell something they don't want. My approach is simple: I use a consultive and non-aggressive approach. I listen to their words and process them into needs, wants, prefrences, and style. I absorb those factors and use them in all my searches, in all my research, and in all my conversations with the client Hopefully they are hearing them in the format they like to absorb and assimilate. I research their questions, research the property, and always provide them with hard data on which they can base their decisions. If they ask for my advise I show the data I used to formulate that advise with a little "gut feel" included. My Sellers never go to closing without all the information they need to close that day My Sellers always have the most recent CMA to base their pricing and their strategy for marketing their home. My buyers always have hard data on which to base their Offers and Counter Offers. I am detailed as well as strategic and can develop unique marketing programs for my Sellers some of which I pay for myself in order to get the most exposure I am loyal, responsible, and adhere to my fuduciary duties of care, disclosure, loyalty, confideniality, obedience to my seller or buyer. My clients always feel protected and important. I always endeavor to make my clients feel that I have not sold them, but they chose to buy from me There is a difference and it is so important. That is why I am in Real Estate. The client should feel satisfied they got the best deal at the best price and never look back. I can make that happen.
