Abstract:
An ornamental display stand for lawn and garden accessories comprises a plurality of rods having a first end and a second end, a plurality of upper brackets and a plurality of lower brackets. The upper brackets are positioned near the first end of the plurality of rods and comprise a plurality of holes for receiving the rods. The lower brackets are positioned near the second end of the plurality of rods and comprise a plurality of holes for receiving the rods. A first rod is rigidly joined with one of the holes of each of the upper and lower brackets. A second rod and a third rod are engagable with holes of the upper and lower brackets.

Abstract:
A geothermal system and method of installing the same comprises the steps successively driving a drive pipe structure vertically into the ground at a plurality of locations so that a major portion of the length of the drive pipe structure is located below the frost line. An elongate geothermal pipe having closed ends is inserted into the drive pipe structure and its lower end is interlocked with a drive point device located at the lower end of the drive pipe structure. Thereafter, when the drive pipe is removed, the geothermal pipe remains anchored to the drive point. The geothermal pipes are connected together by conduits and connected to a heat pump so that a heat exchange liquid will be circulated through the system.

Abstract:
A scraper vehicle includes a body having a longitudinally shiftable apron therein for pushing a load of material from the scraper body. The apron is shifted in a fore-and-aft direction by a pair of hydraulic rams. A retractable and extensible power assist mechanism is connected to the apron and is in a retracted energy storing condition when the apron is in a rearward position. The release of stored energy in the power assist mechanism assists in shifting the apron in a forward or unloading direction.

An attachment device for a fork lift and a support structure, such as a truck bed, includes a track on a truck bed. A carriage engages and is movable along the track. The carriage engaging member is mounted on the lift frame of the fork lift and is engageable with the carriage to permit the fork lift to lift itself upon the truck bed or lower itself therefrom by vertical shifting of the fork lift frame.
