I have been in the Construction / Home Building Industry most of my adult life and have enjoyed every aspect of it. Presently, most of our business is inspecting homes for Clients that are considering purchasing property. This is where my knowledge and experience have really paid off. I have built many homes from the ground up, I I have worked as a County Code Inspector and am very familiar with code violations, I have worked as a Realtor and am very familiar with the home buying and selling aspect of the business. We can provide a Home Seller with good advice that will help sell the home. We can provide a Home Buyer with a very good assessment of what they are purchasing and what the property may need in terms of maintenance or upgrading. Home buying can be a great experience, especially here in the Florida Keys, however it can have many unexpected surprises as well. Our companies goal is to make sure our clients know everything there is to know about a property before they purchase. I have been involved in residential construction for over 25 years. I have been a Remodel Contractor and Electrian Assistant in Massachusetts. Then a Framing Contractor and Finish Contractor for higher end homes in Sarasota and Long Boat Key, a Building Code inspector fo the Sarasota County, a Construction Superintendent and Product Developement Advisor for Centex Homes on multi home developements, a Construction Project Manager for a residential division of Dooley Mac Constructors, a large commercial contracting firm, all of which were in Sarasota Florida and the Florida Keys. To round out my education and be better able to help / advise clients I became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson here in Florida, and now I use all of that experience to work for you, as your Home Inspector.
