One of my strengths is making the first time buying process less scary and intimidating. How I Got Started In the Business I was student body president in high school and always knew I would work in sales. When I was 25, on the advice of my mom, I earned my real estate license. I started my career in Sacramento and later moved back to Monterey to partner with my mom. We practiced real estate as a team for 14 years. I've stuck by the advice I got from my mom when I started out, "Do what's right for your clients and everything will work out." As a result, our clients refer others to us and return when their needs change.
