Cory has been in the home loan business for the past 17 years. He started out as a loan officer in with a small mortgage broker and closed over 100 loans his first year in the business. Since then he has served in various positions in both management and operations; all the while never leaving the front lines of mortgage originations for his clients. He is currently licensed in CA and UT and has access to both conventional and government loan products. "I came to Guaranteed Rate because they are a mortgage lender that underwrite and fund their own loans and can close quickly. They also give me tremendous support processing and funding my loans which allows me to focus on the needs of my clients." Clients appreciate Cory's honest and straight-forward way of doing business and the way he explains each stage of the loan process. "One thing I always try and remember is I do this business every day, but most people will only do 3-5 mortgage loans their whole life. I approach each client and their questions and concerns with this backdrop." Cory graduated with honors from California State University, Fullerton with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Accounting. He has also taken additional coursework in Real Estate and Mortgage Lending. He and his wife have been married for over 20 years and are the proud parents of 7 children. His hobbies include coaching soccer, working out, swimming, hiking, camping, snowboarding, movies, and all manner of sports and games with his family. He currently resides in South Jordan Utah.
