He ayudado a mis clientes con sus Modificasiones, Ventas Cortas, y Ventas Regulares de sus casas. Todo esto requiere un seguimiento constante, muy buena comunicacion, y un consejo profesional de principio a cierre de su transaccion, asi como despues de cerrar porque siempre hay preguntas. I have been in Real Estate for over 10 years and have helped sellers to list their homes and buyers to accomplish the American Dream of home ownership.  I think that every successful transaction takes a careful analysis of the client's needs and wants. For example, property desire, area/neighborhood they wish to live, as well as the most appropriate financing that better fits their financial situation. I've successfully helped clients with their Loan Modifications, Short Sales, and Standard Sales transactions requiring consistent follow-up, communication, and feedback from beginning to closing and thereafter.
