Hello, and thanks for taking a look at my profile! I started my professional career as a teacher in the Newton Public Schools, where I worked for over 14 years. I have been a practicing Real Estate Professional helping sellers & buyers for over ten years now. Formerly with Century21 I was consistently awarded for both my high level of production and client satisfaction by the company. I pride myself on my high referral rates from past clients and make a commitment that each new client becomes “A client for life." I realize that this can only be accomplished by treating each persons needs individually, and adapting a strategy that will help them get what they want, in the time frame they want! An expertise in the market place, a commitment to continually educating myself to the best practices, strong negotiating and the listening skills, together help me to achieve these goals. I was raised in Newton, and currently reside in Natick with my wife Mary and our four year old daughter Ruby, and we're expecting a new addition in the coming months. My wife also has her Real Estate License but hasn’t been practicing since Ruby arrived. Aside from taking care of Ruby, and our two rescue dogs, Mary works part time in the Boston Public Schools as a special education teacher. I received my Masters degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts and spent my teaching career working with students with moderate to severe special needs. Those years taught me that patience, and the ability to listen can help to overcome even the most daunting obstacles. Avid readers & golfers Mary and I enjoy traveling and spend a great deal of time on the Cape.
