I provide psychodynamic and contemplative psychotherapy to adults, couples, and late adolescents in a thoughtful, warm, compassionate atmosphere. Many of my clients are highly functional in distinct areas of their lives, but have particular situations or certain enduring patterns that irk them. My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic and contemplative theories of human development, function, and dysfunction. I also incorporate skills training when helpful and appropriate. I am dedicated to helping my clients grow through their issues in a safe, comfortable, confidential space. We will together build a comprehension of your situation and your self, find resolution where possible, acceptance where necessary, and connect you to previously undiscovered inner resources for understanding, coping, and adaptation.
