We can do it with no or low fico scores, 580 or higher. 1 or 2 units,manufactured homes. You can use the assistance for closing costs on a VA loan,1 unit only. There are income limitations based on the County you are buying in. Example:San Bernardino County $ $80,040 Orange County $96,715. First Mortgage is the exclusive lender in the State of California for this program. I also work with various Cities and Counties utilizing there down payment assistance programs. Example:City of Pomona up to $160,000 of assistance. First Mortgage does VA loans with No Fico score needed. All programs are subject to qualifying.
