Britney Smits is a fourth generation California Realtor. She began her real estate career in Malibu, where her Great Grandfather sold ocean front properties in the 1930’s and where her Uncle was one of the early legendary surfers. Britney graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in European Studies and spent many months living and traveling throughout Europe. After receiving her Real Estate Sales License, she joined the dynamic Pritchett-Rapf Real Estate Company, completely immersing herself in Malibu and the surrounding areas.
