As a licensed real estate professional, I am responsible for what may be one of the most significant financial decisions my clients will ever make. To me, this means I must not only be knowledgeable and diligent, but also understanding. Because of the potentially volatile nature of real estate transactions, I feel my responsibility is to not only keep my clients up to speed on the transaction, but also to be there as support through to the close of escrow and beyond. I went to Cal Poly to study Economics and Financial Management and used the skills I learned to write an analysis of the housing boom and bust for my senior project. While Cal Poly helped me hone my understandings of the Market and financial instruments, I believe my real assets come from a sincere enjoyment of human interactions, and my ability to engage in educated negotiations and to adapt to situations as necessary My goal as a real estate agent is not necessarily to "make money", although I am hoping that does come as a consequence, but mainly to know as much as I possibly can about the real estate market while building connections with people in the community in which we live. Although I am passionate about real estate, I am much more passionate about ensuring that my clients goals are met and they leave feeling satisfied that everything possible was done on their behalf. If you happen to know anyone who is thinking of selling their Central Coast property, or purchasing a property, I would greatly appreciate it if you might recommend me as a person to interview as possible representation for them in their real estate transaction. I specialize in contracts/negotiations transactions, and will work diligently to ensure they obtain the best price and terms by the end of their transaction(s). I have dealt with many real estate transactions and would love to help anyone reach their real estate goals. I can also help with advice on rentals in the area, based on the type of dwelling they are searching for and the type of area in which they would like to live.
