Even though my career as a Loan Officer started in May of 2013, I was able to gain valuable experience working in multiple facets of the mortgage process. During the summer of 2011, I worked in the processing department and, in the summer of 2012, as a part of the marketing and social media team here at Ruoff. I have also spent time in data management and customer relations. I work with several products including conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA purchase and refinance loans. Because of the wide variety of products that we offer, I have the ability to assist a wide range of people including successful businesspeople buying an investment property, first time homebuyers, and even someone trying to get their credit in line to buy a future home. At Ruoff Home Mortgage, our goal is to provide the best home buying experience possible. The entire loan process is done in-house enabling faster closing times and competitive pricing. I pride myself on providing prompt, friendly service through open communication and round-the-clock availability. I graduated from Indiana University in May of 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. I have seen a very direct connection between my education and the mortgage industry.
