System And Method For In-Cabinet Health Monitoring

View page
US Patent:
20230071662, Mar 9, 2023
Filed:
Sep 3, 2021
Appl. No.:
17/466178
Inventors:
- Mayfield Heights OH, US
Austen Kolar Scudder - Milwaukee WI, US
Benfeng Tang - Shanghai, CN
Assignee:
Rockwell Automation Technologies, Inc. - Mayfield Heights OH
International Classification:
G01R 31/11
G01R 31/08
Abstract:
A system comprises a set of power conversion components powered by a power line system, and a time domain reflectometry apparatus coupled to the power line system. The time domain reflectometry apparatus is configured to acquire a reflection signal that results from reflection of an incident signal injected on the power line system, compute a difference signal based on the reflection signal and a baseline signal, and detect a fault in the set of power conversion components based on the difference signal and a fault pattern.

Filed:
Sep 24, 2019
Appl. No.:
16/580992
Inventors:
- Mayfield Heights OH, US
Troy M. Bellows - Milwaukee WI, US
Maciej Branicki - Katowice, PL
Claudio Di Stefano - Milan, IT
Karen R. Hecht - Milwaukee WI, US
Mayo D. Hemmingson - Milwaukee WI, US
Scott B. Lasko - Milwaukee WI, US
Ian Murgatroyd - Kiln Farm, GB
Stephen Pethick - Kiln Farm, GB
Austen K. Scudder - Milwaukee WI, US
International Classification:
G05B 19/409
G06F 16/903
G06F 16/28
G05B 11/06
H04L 29/06
G08B 5/36
Abstract:
Embodiments of this present disclosure may include a handle disposed on an outer surface of a housing of electrical circuitry. The handle may provide access to at least a portion of the electrical circuitry. The handle may include a status indicator that emits light in response to a control signal from control circuitry. The status indicator may be disposed around the handle. The control circuitry may detect a state of the electrical protection circuitry. The control circuitry may also transmit the control signal to the status indicator based on the state. The control signal may control one or more properties of the light emitted by the status indicator, and thus indicate to an operator the state of the electrical circuitry.

US Patent:
20210005103, Jan 7, 2021
Filed:
Jul 3, 2019
Appl. No.:
16/503184
Inventors:
- Mayfield Heights OH, US
Kelly M. Kunowski - Milwaukee WI, US
Mason Khan - Milwaukee WI, US
James Furukawa - Milwaukee WI, US
Troy M. Bellows - Milwaukee WI, US
Scott B. Lasko - Milwaukee WI, US

Maciej Branicki - Katowice, PL
International Classification:
G09B 19/00
G09B 5/02
G09B 5/04
G09B 5/06
Abstract:
A method for generating assembly instructions may include receiving inputs from a user, such that the inputs may include an indication of components of a product package. The method may also include retrieving assembly attribute data for each component from a first storage component, such that the assembly attribute data includes information regarding compatibility properties between two or more of the plurality of components. The method may then involve retrieving model data for each component from a second storage component, such that the model data is representative of physical properties of a respective component. The method may also include generating the assembly instructions for assembling the components together based on the attribute data and the model data, such that the assembly instructions include visualizations representative of at least a portion of a process for assembling the plurality of components together. The assembly instructions are then presented via an electronic display.
