CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Directing the implementation of the Oracle Warehouse & Inventory Management Systems for Pharmacy Technology across all distribution sites. Directed the development and implementation of the next generation Pharmacy Technology Systems in existing and new locations. This product is a distributed multi-platform process control system that essentially directs the robotic systems to support the companys pharmacy fulfillment operations with zero tolerance for error. Support operations, including routing, scheduling, dispensing and shipping of patient prescriptions. Directed the development of multiple integration projects for Express Scripts, including Order Routing & Processing, Common Labels, Common Literature Information Packets and Inventory Management & Control. Directed the development and implementation of the re-platform/next generation project for the Pharmacy, Automation and Control (PAC) Systems supporting operations, including routing, scheduling, dispensing and shipping of patient prescriptions for all pharmacy sites while adhering to CMMI Level 3 compliance. This product is a distributed multi-platform process control system that essentially directs the robotic systems to support the companys pharmacy fulfillment operations with zero tolerance for error. Directed the development and implementation of the Automated Dispensing Delivery System (ADDS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Computer Aided Dispensing System (CADS), and the Mail Manifest & Sorting System (MMS) re-platform and enhancement projects for Medco Health Solutions. Implemented ERP system with a Web based ordering application integrated into a Warehouse Management System that interfaced to a Voice Operations system for Dunkin Donuts Distribution Network. Orchestrated the training and development of an instructor-lead and e-learning training program for a new Web based ordering system for over 5000 stores covering eight states for Dunkin Donuts, MADCP. Directed the development of WAN connection between Distribution Centers for Dunkin Donuts. Directed the installation of voice over IP telephone system for Dunkin Donuts Distribution Centers. Developed Supply Chain and Logistics Integration Methodology by identifying the organizational and technical framework required to provide superior and cost efficient support and services to the membership of the MADCP. Instituted a paperless delivery and billing process for the MADCP. Eliminating the cost of processing, storage and retrieval. Developed an overall IT Strategic Plan, an ERP selection and implementation plan for Corvest Promotional Products. Assisted in the development of a PMO for two clients, CIGNA and EMC. Established, developed, implemented and directed the operations of the Help Desks/Call Centers for LA County, DRPA and Dunkin Donuts MADCP. Directed the implementation of Storage Area Networks and Synchronous Remote Data Facilities for EMC. Directed development / implementation of e-commerce Infrastructure Capacity Planning process for CIGNA. Directed development / implementation of Voice Infrastructure Design Review process for CIGNA. Implemented electronic toll collection system (EZPASS) throughout Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA). Developed a Data Mart to support Business Intelligence needs. Developed Ticket Sales System for Senior Citizens at the DRPA. Developed Internet and Intranet presence for DRPA, Corvest and Dunkin Donuts. Implemented enterprise-wide Finance and Human Resources system throughout DRPA. Implemented 2 major Civil & Small Claims countywide database systems throughout the County of Los Angeles.
