Andy and Josie Apodaca were married in 1995 and have two beautiful daughters. They live in a rural area of Littleton Colorado and enjoy spending their free time in the outdoors and traveling. Prior to becoming realtors, Andy was a volunteer fire fighter and also owned his own residential painting company. Josie was a litigation secretary for a senior partner in a large law firm. The Apodaca's have been full time realtors since 1995. They are both licensed at the highest level of licensure with the State of Colorado Division of Real Estate. Andy and Josie love helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Real estate is so ingrained in who they are that they even tour homes when they are on vacation! They have personally owned over 35 properties and Andy has a remarkable ability to fix and flip properties. Andy and Josie have been fortunate enough to create a life/work balance that allows them to be ranked with the most successful realtors in the Denver Metro area. They have completed thousands of real estate transactions and have overcome many obstacles to achieve this.
