In 2008, Adam started Arbour Realty to provide people with a better choice when it comes to buying & selling their homes. It started with putting together a group professionals that believe in the same mission and developing a culture that encourages fresh ideas. For example, they were the first real estate firm to go paperless with all real estate contracts. A move that saves paper, reduces driving and makes the contract process far more convenient for our clients. In 2013 & 2014, Adam was voted one of the best Realtors by the readers of Arlington Magazine. In 2009 he received the same honor from Washington City Paper. With over 10,000 realtors in the area, he is honored to be considered one of the best. Adam also finds it important to give back to the real estate community. He was the previous Chairman of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Green Task Force. Currently he is serving as co-chairman of the Small Broker Forum. In his various roles, he places an emphasis on educating his fellow Realtors. Adam grew up in Northern Virginia and spent several years in California after graduating from JMU. That’s where he added surfing to the list of things he enjoys the most. He feels lucky to live in an area where he can take a short drive to the beach and mountains or walk up the street to a favorite restaurant.
