My name is Tammy Howard and I have been a Licensed Mortgage Loan officer since 2004. First thing I would like to say about myself is that I enjoy what I do. I do not consider this a job but an opportunity to help people make the dream of becoming a Home Owner a reality. I believe in customer service and promise each one of my clients Red Rose Service from beginning to end. I am will to take the time to education potential buyers on what it will take to get them to the point of qualifying. If they have blemished credit I work diligently with them to help them understand the need to keep their credit scores up and what it would take to raise their credit scores. My mottos is "Who can I help today". I started my mortgage career in Ohio in 2004, it did not take too long for me to realized that this was much more than a job but a calling on my life to help people. In 2005 I was the number 1 loan officer in my office, which continued until I moved to Georgia in 2012. Since relocating to Georgia, I have become a Licensed Georgia Loan officer and have had continued success here as well as keeping my Ohio licenses and closing loans with many of the realtors I worked with in Ohio.
