I had meet someone nine years older whom I thought loved me.However; in retrospect I didn't know what love meant. I now know what it isn't . Love isn't a black eye, a kick in the behind, nor a slap in the face.I endured such treatment for five years before getting thecourage to leave the abuser.I made it out alive,I am whole not bitter and thankful to God .
