I have over 20 years of experience working with the public as well as servicing their professional and educational needs. I have worked for many different sectors of the public, have enjoyed every job and position I have held, and have always believed in the phrase, "The customer is always right." This philosophy has always served me well, as well as the Navy's recruiting phrase, "Your applicant always comes first, last, and always." This phrase and concept works for every imaginable working position in the workforce, especially when it comes to teaching students a skill, trade, and how to solve problems. I believe I have developed some extraordinary skills working with people and being able to solve any problems they may have incurred. From the Navy and Caterpillar and teaching high school and college, I have developed managerial skills which have always gotten the job done. All of these years may have made me somewhat older than most; however, I am not ready for the proverbial rocking chair and ready to completely retire. I still believe I have something to offer the right employer and workforce position.
