In the mid 90's, each year for three consecutive years I sold the most expensive home ever sold on Lake Lanier. Additionally, in 1999 I developed a 43 lot subdivision on the lake and have continued with a high volume of sales from that point. When I tell you that this area is a great place to live, I tell you from experience. Since the lake was developed in the 1950's, I have skied, jet-skied, fished, floated and played on Lake Lanier.
