Again I bring my increased legal experience from working with distressed property owners in bankruptcy and foreclosure to the team. I am in real estate because I love to work with and help people who are in need of help, which anyone in a foreclosure or other distressed situation understands. I studied at Golden Gate University School of Law and graduated in the top third of my class. I had the fortunate opportunity to study with Professor Myron Moskovitz (the father of California Landlord Tenant Law). I law clerked for Sheppard and Associates for 1 year learning the intricacies of landlord tenant litigation in San Francisco. I operated my own law practice which focused on Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy, Landlord Tenant Law and Real Estate Law.
