As founder, owner and managing broker of CCR, Louis' mission is to protect the interests of his clients and to deliver world-class real estate services within the framework of a discount real estate brokerage firm. He is also responsible for developing strategies that drive growth in both the real estate brokerage and Internet advertising segments of the business. Prior to founding CCR, Louis was Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Content Components Division of Stellent, Inc., a publicly-traded software company (purchased by Oracle in November 2006). Previously, Louis held Controller, managerial, and analytical positions for companies in the power generation, global travel distribution system, and software industries. Mr. Gomez graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Accountancy. Louis also holds an MBA in Finance from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a registered certified public accountant and licensed real estate managing broker in the State of Illinois.
